Plusieurs personnes, des amis, m’ont demandé pourquoi, sur ce blog JFi, je ne publie que si peu de textes concernant la guerre en Ukraine.
Naturellement, la gravité de la situation, la dimension des enjeux, la portée des stratégies mises en œuvre et les conséquences de cette guerre constituent un fait majeur qui va peser lourd dans l’évolution des relations internationales. Pour cette raison, j’ai décidé de travailler afin de pouvoir sortir plus tard une approche, une analyse, des idées et des informations originales… à la hauteur des questions posées. Probablement un nouveau livre.
Même s’il n’est pas simple d’écrire sur un événement de cette portée, et si complexe d’une guerre dont on ne voit pas encore la fin.
Merci à toutes celles et ceux, en France et bien au-delà, qui suivent mes écrits.

For information…
Several people, friends, have asked me why, on this JFi blog, I publish so few texts concerning the war in Ukraine.
Naturally, the gravity of the situation, the dimension of the stakes, the scope of the strategies implemented and the consequences of this war constitute a major fact which will weigh heavily in the evolution of international relations. For this reason, I decided to work in order to be able to come out later with an approach, an analysis, ideas and original information… that would be up to the questions asked. Probably a new book.
Even if it is not easy to write about an event of this scope, and so complex of a war whose end we do not see yet.
Thank you to all those, in France and far beyond, who follow my writings.
